Do I need to start with the diagnostic? +

Yes. We don't quote implementation work without first understanding where your business is actually losing revenue. The diagnostic produces the scoping document that any implementation engagement is built from. It also gets credited toward implementation if you engage within 30 days.

What CRM do you build on? +

We typically build on GoHighLevel because it consolidates CRM, automation, SMS, email, and pipeline management into one platform — which keeps your operational stack simple. We can also work with your existing system if you're already on something that fits.

Is there a contract for monthly support? +

Monthly support is a 3-month minimum to allow systems to demonstrate measurable performance, after which it converts to month-to-month. You can cancel with 30 days written notice.

Do you offer guarantees? +

We don't make revenue or ROI guarantees because your results depend on factors we don't control — your team, your offer, your market. What we guarantee is the work itself: systems built to spec, documented for handoff, and supported until they perform as designed.

How are payments handled? +

Diagnostic is paid in full at booking. Implementation engagements are typically 50% at kickoff, 50% on delivery. Monthly support bills automatically on the first of each month. All payments processed via secure card or ACH.
