Jason's background in field sales and service operations means clients aren't being sold theoretical playbooks. The systems EBS deploys are pattern-matched to the operational realities of contractor, trade, and field-service businesses — because Jason has lived inside them.

Empire's holding structure also operates Empire Facility Solutions Group, a working service business that serves as the live testing ground for every system EBS recommends to clients. Every workflow, automation, and operational pattern is proven internally before it's deployed externally.
